Came in and checked the Dishwasher unit. Found unit is running only on manual, checked the door switch and it is running okay. Called mfg and spoke with Jeffery. He had me change switch in board timer, tried to get the unit to work and now the unit is working fine but mfg told me that the unit will be running only on normal cycle even if they switch it to heavy or extra heavy. Spoke with customer to let them know that the unit will run only on normal and if they used other cycles, we will order them new timer board. They don't use other cycles. Per Amy don't order timer board, they want the unit the way it is.
