Their quote included not only fixing my foundation, but fixing what caused it to fail (something the other companies i got estimates from didn't include). Performing a home evaluation on a conventional structure with exterior foundation walls that have cracked and settled.
Mr. Brooks originally called us because he was noticing settlement at the rear side of the home and windows/doors weren't closing properly. On my inspection I found that there was water intrusion into his home's crawl space that was causing his pier and beam system to settle.
