Jestin was very personable, polite and asked great questions to assess my problem. He communicated clearly what was causing my issue with the floor joist underneath my house and was thorough in checking it out before explaining. He also gave me his business card before he left so I could get in touch with him if I had any further questions. I've worked for Apple for 2 years, and have high standards for what level a company should operate at and this was the best customer service I've received in recent memory!
