our home needed structural reinforcing of many rafters and a new roof.. They sent out their carpenter which did a great job repairing the rafters in our attic. The roof came out beautifully also. Bay Area roofers are not just roofers. They are also general contractors. . I am now waiting on my bid for new windows. Very happy with their service and will use them again as well as refer them to my real estate clients..

We had Bay Area Roofers replace our roof recently. The entire experience from start to finish was easy and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, Nathan Riley, came to the appt ready to actually inspect the roof and give his expert opinion. Not once did he ask me where my husband was before giving me my quote (several other companies did). The weather was not cooperating with us a couple of times but they always let me know ahead of time that they would need to reschedule. Their crew arrived promptly and always let me know they were there. On their final day of work, they did the most amazing job of cleaning up after themselves. I didn't find one screw or shingle in my yard or on the sidewalk/street. I would definitely recommend Bay Area Roofers to anyone looking for an honest, experienced roofing contractor.

I had another company "fix" my roof and it was still leaking. Then I called Bay Area and Riley came by looked at the roof gave me a very fair price and booked my repair. When we found that the repair still showed a leak he came back with the crew to trouble shoot. He was able to determine the now 4 year old problem by squeezing into my tiny attic and now it is fixed. Thank you so much!!

The team was friendly and helpful to explain any issues found. Nathan,David, Ceasar, were flexible and finished on time . The price was comparable to many ,but the deciding factor was the up front and caring personality of Nathan . He came through as promised.
