Everything about this experience was excellent. From the initial quote, scheduling, job completion and communication. I had a nasty leak where two rooflines met. The installation crew tore out the old sections and created a new water diversion system. The job looks great and I’m confident about how they fixed the problem which led up to the initial leak. The installation lead -Davey- was professional and kept me in the loop as he progressed. They also Did a fantastic job cleaning up the old materials they had to tear out. I’d highly recommend CMS

Residential home needed repairs done on valley for roof.
Clean gutters at a residential home in Columbia SC Chapin
Tear out existing shingles and flashing from around brick chimney. Tear out and replace damaged pipe boot flashing. Check for rotted/damaged roof decking, see disclaimer below. Replace shingles around pipe boot flashing as needed.
Apply finish coat on repair. Installed skylight panels and fastened skylights into the metal roof system.
Fabricate and install approximately 6' gutters and downspout
