Both the business owner and sales manager answered my questions during my contractor selection. Sales manager was directly involved from estimate, through appraisal, to installation of new roof. He was always accessible by phone. The installation crew performed and finished work in one day during the quoted time frame. Their work looks great. Their site clean up afterwards even received compliments from the neighbors.
