Removed the roof and patio deck. A new roof system was installed. Under the deck we replaced the EPDM roof and re-installed the deck.

This project was a privilege to work on! We completed a number of projects. New matte black Sheffield Metals standing seam metal roof, new EPDM low slope roof that we updated the insulation in and all new 24 gauge wall cap metal. Also new fascia wrap and gutters to give a sleek beautiful look. We are very proud of our team that helped make this such a success!

Check out our next home renovation project. Today we started with the roof and gutters. Coming soon will be repairing the stucco that was damaged in the hail storm. We want to keep the integrity of this home and it is essential to have the stucco repair completed.
This beautiful home in Denver is nearly completed. We install a new matte black standing seam roof, black fascia and gutters to match. We also replaced the flat portion of the roof and tied it into the new standing seam room. They all flow together beautifully and will function at a high level for years to come against the harshest of weather including hail and heavy snow loads. Check it out!!
This project is nearing its end. We have installed EPDM low slope roof system, standing seam metal roof from Sheffield Metals, and repaired the stucco as well.
We are replacing the hail damaged roof and installing Owens Corning Duration Shingles.
