Main gas shut off is locked at the home. We will not be able to inspect any gas systems during this inspection. We recommend having the gas restored to the property and having all the gas systems inspected prior to the end of the buyers contingency period by a qualified person.

Pool ans Spa gas furnace checked with the thermal camera and was found to be operating. The pool light was not working when tested. This could be a costly repair. We always recommend to have the pool and spa equipment added to the one year home warranty.

Gas piping found not to be properly protected going through the concrete/ ground. A gap should be provided around the gas pipe where the gas pipe enters the ground. This is a good indication that the concrete was installed by a non professional and without a permit.
