A number of fogged windows. Fogged window occur when the spacer holding the outer and inner panes of glass is compromised. This allow air into the sealed area bringing moisture and debris particles onto the inner surfaces. There is floor moisture damage in the master bedroom at the balcony door. The garage ceiling firewall has been compromised by the pull down stairs. We recommend repairs to restore the firewall integrity and maintain current safety standard.
Property owner pre listing revealed several active bathroom leaks, damaged built in cabinet draw guides, missing handles. Could not open and could not test. Front porch stair railing is too wide for a normal grip and is a safety concern.
Duplex robinson complete rehab inspection revealed 5 mini splits not heating, 3 leaking sinks, inoperable garbage disposal and dishwasher by the veteran owned inspection company. Newly tiled showers have cracked grout and loose plumbing and john fixtures.
