Hot water heater has a blanket and manufacture make data is not visible. We do not recommend removing water heater blankets. Hot water to the master tub is rusty and there is no hot water in a guest bathroom. The electrical panel was covered with vegetation and could not be inspected, this is a safety concern. A 3'x3'x3' area at the panel should be kept clear. A reinspection will be scheduled once the vegetation has been removed.
