The Goodman air conditioner was tested with a thermal camera and was found to be operating within normal conditions at a house in Jamul. Client was happy all major systems in the home were operating properly.
Boot flashing not properly sealed. Sealant help prevents roof leaks at this area. The ABS vent pipe was not painted per plumbing code. Paint helps protect the plastic from UV rays.
A washing machine drain pan is highly recommend when the washing machine is installed on the 2nd floor or above to help prevent moisture damage in the event that the washing machine leaks.
