Our company did the best inspection on this Julian home as we do on all properties. During the water pressure test we found that the water pressure to be around 120 PSI. High water pressure puts unwanted stress on the supply pipes which could lead to water leaks. Normal waster pressure is between 45- 80 PSI. We will recommend that the water regulator be adjusted or replaced.
