Pool and spa inspection done at this beautiful home in Murrieta Ca. The majority of pool and spa inspections we do uncover leaks and safety issues that the current home owner may have never know and wont disclose because they were unaware of these issues. This is why we highly recommend having the pool and spa inspected during the home inspection. An additional few hundred dollars could save you thousands. An elevated level of moisture was detected at the ceiling in this garage close to the garage door. When the garage door was opened water was dripping off the garage door and from the above wall/ wall trim. This is why our inspectors run a lot of water during the inspection to catch unknown leaks.
Main electric panel breakers at a house in Murrieta Ca are poorly labeled/ labels were confusing to read. Having breakers that are not labeled or poorly labeled could be a safety hazard. We would recommend having the breakers properly labeled by a licensed electrician.
