Gas leak test being conducted at the water heater gas pipe. This is beyond the standards of practice which we exceed. From time to time we will find a gas leak during this test. If you smell gas we recommend to turn the main gas shut off valve off and call SDG&E.
Washer hoses are a common source of flooding in a home. Prior to connecting the washing machine we recommend installing new braided steel washer hoses to help reduce leaks caused by failed hoses. If any rubber hoses are left in the house they should be replaced.
