A real estate inspection was conducted by our company on a manufactured home in Ramona. Very beautiful property on several acres with what appeared to be red rock scenery. We recommend seismic retrofitting the unit to meet current standards. Real Estate agent was impressed by our request for repair that is built in to our report software.
