Single family home inspection. The chimney has been closed off and this is a safety concern. The sealant at the roof penetrations is cracked and should be repaired and painted. There are several trip hazards that should be addressed and erosion that has occurred at the rear of the property could be a serious concern and I recommend evaluation by a qualified licensed contractor.
