They did a great job on our roof. They have amazing customer service. It's nice when a company does exactly what they tell you they are going to do for the price they quoted you. They actually charged me a tad more because they needed more plywood than expected. We sort of split the difference (at their suggestion). West Coast Roofing did a great job replacing our asphalt shingle roof. Their bid was very competitive and they clearly explained possible price increases if repairs came up. We did end up needing a few repairs, and West Coast was quick to call me, explain things, and give me the price. They even emailed pictures of the area needing repair so I could understand the situation. After the job was done (which looks beautiful by the way), an employee walked around the property with me to make sure the roof was installed properly and everything was cleaned up. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with West Coast Roofing. I would definitely recommend them.

A new roof was required as the former roof was about at the end of it's useful life with many torn shingles, exposed and rusting nail heads, compromised underlayment, missing plywood sheathing, holes from old satellite dishes, etc. The entire process from start to finish was almost perfectly smooth. The initial estimate was provided in a timely manner. My questions about the roof and the overall project were answered in a clear and concise manner so that I was not confused about what to expect. Multiple options were offered to deal with the lack of adequate ventilation in the attic as well. I ended up opting for the ridge and edge ventilation system instead of adding more box vents to the roof. I was provided a start date of 1/6/17 but I was given advanced notice that the workers would be able to start earlier on 1/4/17 which they did. The entirety of the work was completed in two days. I did need to remind the workers to reconnect the bathroom vent as I had noticed it venting directly into my attic. It's an honest mistake that can happen and they had no problem taking care of it for me once pointed out. They did a great job with the cleanup. Only tiny pieces of evidence were left behind such as a few rubber bands which was of no consequence to me. After the work was completed, I had Octopus Home Inspections come out to validate the work. The inspector was impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. All in all, this was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company for myself again in the future. Please note in my attached pictures that the shingles are freshly installed in the winter months. Thus they will appear warped as they won't really flatten out until heated in the summer.

Many thanks to Lucas and the crew at West Coast Roofing for a job well done! The crew tarped our roof when we had a leak and returned the next week to roof our house and garage. The weather was clear and dry but extremely cold and windy, which made a difficult job even harder. The harsh weather did not deter them. They arrived early each morning, worked all day and remained, wearing head lamps, working until after dark. We are very satisfied with the work that they did and admire their skill, stamina and character. We would definitely hire them again.

From start to finish West Coast Roofing did a great job! The communication at office when there was a piece of hardy plank that fell off of chimney was addressed with immediate attention to replace. The bushes and clean up was done so well it looked as though they had not been there. The roof looks great!!!
