Went to an ALR Hearing this morning on a DWI - accident case. The state moved to dismiss because we subpoenaed the officer but he didn't show for the hearing. He'd told us be had a conflict and wouldn't be able to appear. But even if the officer had shown up, we think the evidence wouldn't have supported a suspension against our client.
