Collaborated with a half dozen lawyers in two days of "Psychodrama" to assist a colleague in preparations for a possible trial and a plea negotiation on a couple of clients' cases. It was a deep dive into the heart of the matter in each case and provided a great deal of insight into motivations. Great preparation for persuasion, which after all is the most important role of a lawyer.
