Argued an ALR (Administrative License Revocation) hearing on behalf of a DWI client. Client was pulled from the vehicle and placed in handcuffs after a traffic stop and later arrested for driving while intoxicated. It's a breath test refusal and a blood draw warrant was not obtained. We'll have to wait for the administrative judge's finding to know whether we won or not.
