We had a deal that the client worked to completion but at the last minute an old condition we had negotiated away from was revived. That sometimes happens in the process of negotiations with changing terms, different DA signatures, multiple pass slips and reassignment of prosecutors. But credit the old prosecutor for sticking to the original deal despite the lack of clarity.
