Posting another set of attorney bonds to get a client released from jail. This time it's Dallas, Lancaster and Desoto tickets.
Helping a client resolve her tickets in DeSoto. Got one on deferred and one dismissed. Both will end in dismissals.
Handled yet another client's traffic tickets so he can keep them off his record and avoid surcharges and license suspension. Desoto Municipal Court takes some time to but all in all it's an enjoyable court to deal with.
Helped a client with some Desoto traffic tickets he had let go to warrant status. Got his 3 failure to appear tickets dismissed and his three other charges on deferred with a generous amount of time to pay. He'll end up with 6 dismissals and won't have to pay surcharges or fight license suspensions.
