Client facing probation revocations (motions to proceed to adjudication) on two robbery cases out of Tarrant County. Probation had already handed him several increasingly serious punishments for failing to complete the terms of his probation successfully. Recommendation for SAFP (custodial treatment followed by halfway house and intensive outpatient treatment) was their last offer to keep him on his deferred. Client had many well considered reasons for rejecting that option. We're working on getting him released on bond to assess the best resolution of his difficult situation.
