Richard went above and beyond to assist us with our lake that was forming in our front yard. We didn’t notice till late in day and he called us Immediately even tho it was after hours and helped via phone walking us through how to locate and turn off valve. He is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He then scheduled with us the next morning and repaired our leak. We are so thankful for Richard and your company.
