This was my puppy’s first time at Carolina Ranch. When I called to schedule, they were super friendly. I spoke to them a couple times more before our visit and every time I spoke to them, I felt like they really cared about my puppy. The vet was super friendly and seemed knowledgeable. She did say she was going to give me some literature to read about some questions I had, however I never received it. That would be my only negative feedback. I plan to take my puppy back to continue his vaccines/check-ups!

I took my dog to have a tumor removed. All of the front desk people were so friendly and sweet. Dr. Oliver and the technicians were very thorough and loving with my dog.

Once my dog became aggravated and started barking at another dog in the lobby the staff quickly responded by having us wait in an exam room for our appointment. They also handled the checkout from the exam room and let us leave out a side door so as to make it less stressful for all.

Our 10 year old boy had his teeth cleaned by Dr. Kinter and we had a great experience throughout the process. The staff at Carolina Ranch are very friendly and informative and the facility is beautifully designed and very clean. I would highly recommend them for any pet care needs. Grooming is great too!

Brought our little Daisy in to see the vet for the first time and couldn’t be more pleased. She showed a genuine love for animals in the way she treated our baby. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. We gave been looking for a new vet and think we’ve found the right one.
