I had Greg come out to my home to replace my brine tank. He discovered it was just an issue with the float. Instead of charging me for entirely new tank unit, I was charged just a small amount for the float. He tested my water as well. I appreciate how patient and honest Greg was. Especially with me being completely overwhelmed in a very complicated home move. Thank you for the trustworthy and kind service call Greg! This has been my 3rd service call and all calls have been prompt and the service was excellent.

Scott the salesman and Jimmy the Tech Installer were very good, informative, professional, friendly, courteous, etc. They answered all of my questions and were most accommodating and patient. I highly recommend Beauchamp water treatment for your water needs. Jimmy installed the complete water softener system in my basement in less than two hours and then took the time to be sure I understood the full operation of it. He cleaned up the work area and made sure all was in order.
