Lost our water at the start of Memorial Day weekend. Called Blue Heron Water and emailed for emergency response early Saturday morning. John the owner called me within 15 minutes. The service team led by Chris and Tommy were dispatched within minutes. They arrived shortly thereafter on time. The worked efficiently to diagnose the problem, outlined my options, and got me back up and running at the lowest cost possible. They tested my water while on-site. Blue Heron will be sending me proposals for what they recommend going forward.
