Love that they offer to replace just one pane of a window that had mildew between the panes (vs. telling us we had to replace the entire window like other window companies did. Also, with other companies, we couldn't just do ONE window anyway, they wanted us to sell at least 6). And they were amazingly quick. Got the on-site visit in just days and the window was ordered and replaced in one week. We are HUGE fans!
