I purchased the windows in February and was advised that there was a possible 8 week delay. The salesman took an original measurement. They sent a separate gentleman out for the “official” measurement. 8 weeks came and went. I called several times and was given an excuse as to why the windows were delayed. Finally an install date was set. On the morning of the install I received a call stating they would have to reschedule. More waiting. Finally, after 3 months they came out to install. Lo and behold, they discovered that the large picture window measurement was incorrect and there would be another possible 2 week delay for that window. They installed the others and they are quite impressive with one minor flaw on one of the windows of which I am sure they will correct.
