Jay and his crew were professional, experienced, exacting, and a pleasure to work with. For me, it was important that they cleaned up after themselves, which they did - inside abd out. They explained how to correctly use the windows and screens. We highly recommend WinChoice windows. But the experience was definitely enhanced by having Jay and his crew install our windows. A "WIN WIN" experience! We are delighted that the rooms which had been the hardest to manage the temperature are no longer at a 10-15* temperature difference than the rest of the house.
