For four days my air conditioner had not worked, and as the temperatures/humidity soared outside, they did the same inside my house . . . until the temperature reached 90 degrees, and that was with four Casablanca fans moving at high speeds. On the fourth day, My Plumber came at 8:45 PM, and after installing a new capacitor, the A/C unit worked. Within thirty minutes, I felt cool air, and I stopped sweating. By the time I went to sleep at 1 AM, I had to use a sheet to keep off the chill.

Customer is LL - his tenant let him know he had water coming out of the wall in the guest bathroom. He cut it open to find the drain line isn’t connected, and it’s clogged going down into the concrete. Snaked with pointed end, but it felt like I was grinding against rock. Images included, it’s about 6inches down.
Tech replace 3/4copper pipe and fitting that had a pinhole leak. Tech solder the pipe back together . There are no leaks at this time. The house is pressurized and the work is complete.
Upon arrival performed Ac maintenance,found weak blower motor cap,Replaced as needed, Replaced t stat at customer’s request,checked pressure’s and temp’s,inrange at this time,system on line.
Replaced 30 amp disconnect box for ac unit and chemically cleaned condenser coils. System is now operating with much better airflow across condenser coils and system is cooling home more efficiently. No further problems to report.
Leak check done under warranty. Leak was a the king valve on the suction line. Pressurized system, vacuumed down to 400 microns, released charge, and topped off to factory specifications. System is operating normal at this time. Thanks for your business

Replaced Bryant CONNEX thermostat with a new one. Programmed it and verified operation with customer. Temperature is constant, reading correctly on display. Customer is satisfied.
Customers sump pump failed. Located in back of crawl space. Installed new Zoller .3HP Sump Pump + 2” Check Valve

I cut out old steel trap as well as about 2 inches past trap 90 onto the galvanized pipe to make for a transition as well as snaking out that line with k 50. Replaced trap with pvc trap.
