Excellent service

John did a great job of trouble-shooting, finding a problem we didn’t know was there, gave us the price along with solving the requested repair/replacement. John had what we needed on hand. He even replaced a toilet, which was not on our original order, with the toilet we wanted. All in all, John made quick, efficient work of both jobs. We WILL be requesting John for our next plumbing needs. Thank, John!!

NOT HAPPY

Having someone come out on New Year's Eve was fantastic however....Technician came unprepared, he did NOT have the proper equipment to do the job and then tried to sell us a more expensive way of doing the job since he didn't have the right equipment. He also tried to sell us a smaller garbage disposal - which we didn't need, ours worked fine. The problem wasn't fixed...and we were stuck with the problem for several days while we tried to sort it out. We were Not happy with technician and after their office called us and telling us they would make it right, they haven't done that yet either.

Great, Professional Service

This review is of a periodic inspection performed by a My Plumber representative, Marcko Aguilar. I was impressed by his professionalism and technical expertise. He went over ever aspect of his inspection with me. He showed me why the heating system needed to be cleaned and explained the ramification if it was not accomplished in the near future. I concurred and he scheduled the cleaning for me in a week. All in all a gratifying experience!

Jesse was impressive. I was ecstatic to have a sage technician with 35 years of experience working on my HVAC. He was thorough, candid, and presented us with options. When I have to replace my current HVAC in 2-3 years, I'm coming to My Plumber for the work and will ask for Jesse, by name, to do the install. Job well done!

Great Service

The technicians were very professional and told me up front what they planned to do which was very clear. After work was completed we talked about tools to help with the job that was done, and other questions we had and they were very personable and gave us some great insight. We would definitely call them again.

Went out to customer house for sump pump issues diagnosis 1-1/2" discharge for both pumps was blocked due to clay under ground was going to pitts plus pumps failed due to overwork as mentioned after replacement of pump discharge line had to be snake several times to have water running clear to customer satisfaction the was done and completed

Safety Check: Y/N yes Anode Rod Picture: Y/N yes T&P Picture: Y/N yes. Arrived to do HSP inspections found 23-year-old warty gas 40 gallon no hot water drain and flushed. Gave estimate to replace customer was willing to replace until my ride along master plumber realize he didn’t have a chimney liner therefore we gave them an estimate to install the chimney liner along with the 40 gallon water heater he didn’t refuse the work and only want it to repair the water heater. installed a new dip tube everything is working great at this time.All traps are in good condition except for the upstairs bathroom in the hallway the pop-up assemblie was rotted away next tech please give estimate to replace.Main shut off in ok condition customer did not want to replace the next tech please give estimate.Sub pump is old but been working great. All toilets parts and good except for angle valves. On everything safe and working great at this time thank for your business

Arrived to residence to perform hsp maintenance. Inspected air handler in basement, coil was dirty with permission cleaned coil, ducts ok, filter ok, blower assembly clean, electric heat kit operating normal, and heat rise of 55 degrees. Heat pump coils clean, contactor not pitted or burned, capacitor within factory specifications, and reversing valve switching over properly. System is operating normal at this time.

Customer has moen motion-sense faucet that MyPlumber installed in 2013. The motion sensor box needed to be replaced. The customer got a new motion sensor box from moen. Installed the new box and the faucet wouldn't shut off. After contacting moen tech support, it was determined that the cellanoid in the new sensor box was damaged. I unplugged the box and now the faucet is working, but in manual only. Also, replaced the straight stop shut off valves going to the faucet. PSI 60

Replaced Toto flapper on toilet because original was deteriorating around the lip of entire flapper and cracking . There was a slight whining sound coming from the fluid master came to the conclusion it wasn’t hardly being used and it was a lot of water setting and not running through it enough. Arrived to the home to perform the plumbing evaluation and found 17 yrs old 75 gallon gas w/h leaking from bottom with the customer with me.customer wants to now consider the tankless w/h system with Wayne Fishel coming to his home Saturday 2/23/19 to estimate.also found jack and Jill lav faucet turned off due to failure per customer.already had the special order stems replacement on my truck and the repair was done to faucet on right side of double sink.everything else checked good at this time.1 yr warranty on today service.

Toilet in master bedroom has been giving a whistling noise and appeared to be running upon arrival. Customer said toilets are the original when the place was built. Hallway bathroom toilet looked in concerning condition as well with possible future issues. Did two major rebuilds on both toilets. 2yr warranty parts and labor.
