Psi 72 replaced faucet tub shower valve 3 handles Gerber upstairs master bathroom caulking escutcheons tub spout tested x leaking everything working ok
Bill H. I replaced the tub and shower handles/ extensions. One year warranty on the install. I found that the diverter handle is hard to turn. I informed the customer that in order to fix this issue the faucet will need to be replaced.
Install tub shower diverter in master bathroom. No leaks at this time.
Repair 1/2” copper pipe in basement. And major rebuild on master bathroom toilet (Toto). Senior discount. 90 days warranty on repair. On board new member.
Completed to installed new sump pump crock,, and repaired out side discharge pipe... .installed new battery back up pro pack And repaired pvc pipe..
In the upstairs hall bathroom, the tub/shower is dripping. To stop the dripping, My Plumber install new seats and stems. The water stop dripping, 6 month warranty on parts and labor.
Returned to install retaining nut on faucet. Also assisted him in tightening the plumbing under his walk in tub.
I performed a gas line repair on the branch that leads to the washer and dryer. I had to remove the entire branch to do the repair. One year warranty on the repair.

Noticed outdoor fan was running but not the compressor Check standing pressure 137/137 R22 Capacitor had failed 45/5
Customer had toilet that would not stop running. Did a minor rebuild, replacing the fill valve, 3" flapper and supply line. Tested, no leaks at this time. There is a hair line crack on the toilet tank. It is not leaking at this time, but HIGHLY RECOMMEND customer replace the toilet.
Customer have leak from upstairs hallway bathroom found did diagnosis found it behind vanity 1/2" copper line cold side extract vanity (pull and reset to commence job) after job was was completed had to wait for a while,reason:water was dripping in between Joyce eventually stop job was done and completed
Leak search in drop ceiling. Had to remove tiles and installation. Found 3/4 pipe behind/above duct was leaking. Replaced that and section of half inch pipe perpendicular to it. Wasn’t sure which one was cause of leak. Gave customer option to repair more corroded pipe to see if other one was ok but customer desired to have them both replaced at the time
