When I arrive homeowner explain that outdoor unit was running but indoor wasn’t Homeowner son explained that he smelled a weird smell the day the motor stopped running Check voltage , low voltage was there 26 high voltage good as well 120 Control board operational,notice blower was bad Performed full 360 evaluation and noticed that capacitor on outdoor unit was failing Replaced talk with homeowner regarding system using R22 Declined upgrading at this time added dep999 for future upgrade Thank you for your business business have a great holiday
check the wiring and temperature all are in good condition, all safeties are ok, Clean the Outdoor condensor coil and change the dryer vent pipe.Refrigerant charge is ok.

Plastic drain valve snapped off old water heater and leaked out. Install new 40 gallon natural gas water heater with expansion tank and isolation valves. Customer chose NO WARRANTY option.

I inspected Furnace and ac system to include: R-22 piston -All electrical wiring, motors, and components. -All safeties ok -drain is clear and functional -coils are clean -Refrigerant charge is good Oddb 70 Iddb 72 Contactor was burned and pitted. I replaced Blower motor is starting to fail, recommend Ez- Trap drain protector M Want to get one more year before replacing.
