As a new customer, I'm surprised that I was not given a discount on my first service visit. A 10% discount would have been nice. Noticed that the service vehicle did not have the company logo affixed to it. It would be helpful to do this in order for me to easily identify when the service technician arrives.

The technician was arrived in the window timeframe set. He was curteous and addressed my concerns. He was able to trouble the problem I was having with a couple outlets and replace them after receiving approval from home warranty company.
