As a new customer, I'm surprised that I was not given a discount on my first service visit. A 10% discount would have been nice. Noticed that the service vehicle did not have the company logo affixed to it. It would be helpful to do this in order for me to easily identify when the service technician arrives.

Fw heater: Troubleshooted System not heating certain bedrooms and determined air filter to be restricted. Owner will replace air filter to new system.
