AA All Electric came out to do the job the day after I accepted the estimate. It was a huge job and they were very quick to get it done. Very friendly, knowledgeable, great customer service. I would highly recomend them and will definitely call them for any future electrical needs we may have.

We hired AA All Electric Service to install a solar attic fan on our roof. The company contacted me almost immediately following the submission of my request via Home Advisor and set up an appointment to provide an estimate. The phone representative was friendly and professional. The estimate appointment went well and we set up the installation appointment shortly thereafter. Fredy installed the fan and payment was made. He was friendly and professional and left the work area clean. Later that evening, my husband notices that most of the flashing around the base of the fan was exposed and appeared to be mounted over the shingles. The mounting screws are clearly visible, which didn't seem right. My husband visited the manufacturer's website where he found an installation video that showed how to install the fan on an existing roof. The video clearly shows the fan's flashing underneath the shingles rather than on top, with sealant applied as each layer of shingles was reinstalled around the base of the fan. We called the company who sent Fredy back out. He indicated that his installation was correct and that installation underneath shingles is only warranted when working with a brand new roof. He also indicated that he wasn't going to do anything differently because he has '20 years of experience' and 'has only had a couple of fans leak' with this type of installation and that 'you have a warranty' on the installation (90 days). My husband called AA All Electric's main number and asked that someone in charge call him back to discuss the installation. He never received a call, which is very disappointing.
