HVAC: Irving tx:ca not working and ac check up on secund one
Irving Electrical: replaced 120v smoke detectors and kitchen gfci outlet. Inspected electrical breaker box.
Irving electrical: troubleshooting lights not working
Irving A/C and Electrical: A/C condenser not working and determined capacitor and contractor are burnt. Inspected electrical breaker box and found buss bar burnt and breakers arching. Explained to owner that panel box, meter base and a/c parts require replacement. Owner accepted to make repairs and replacement.
