We have known Chris for many, many years and are so pleased with his service, his knowledge, and his honesty. He is always courteous while in our home as he does his job. Our only other comment is directed to the office in that when we pre-pay our semi-annual maintenance in April, we would appreciate a reminder for October appointment!!!! We are getting older, and that would be a great service.
