I got several estimates and Mr. Powers seemed to listen to what I was saying.,he answered all of my many questions, and he was NOT high pressure. It was nice that his estimate also came in at the lowest price! Mr. Powers always returned calls, kept me informed of his arrival time, was always on time, and is very thorough and polite. The technicians for Air Care arrived on time, worked very hard, and were very polite and personable. When there was a small unforeseeable problem with the install it was fixed as soon as we noticed it. When Mr. Powers arrived for the final check he rolled up his sleeves and wrestled with the final part of the install that was unable to be done at the time. When everything was complete Mr. Powers sat down with us and went over everything and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with the new AC system and and this point I have nothing but praise for Mr. Powers and Air Care.
