Brandon called prior to his arrival for a same day air servicing call. He was friendly, professional and articulate describing the problem and remedy. He patiently explained the situation again to my husband at work, by phone and then got to work. The job ended up a bit more entailed than originally anticipated but Brandon completed the job thoroughly and then explained his findings. To top it off he did not add any amount to the original quote and promised to check back with us in April (based on a # of considerations). Not only do I appreciate his hard work but I completely trust this company to give me an honest evaluation and not dupe me on a cost. Thankful to have an HVAC company we can rely on.

We had an issue on Sunday with our fan locking up. The team came out right away to diagnose the problem. They needed to order a part but they were able to put a fix in place allowing for our system to get back up. They were true professionals and will defiantly recommend to others

We have been without heat or a/c in our upstairs unit. Another company we called said we needed a new unit. Eight months later, we called Chad Love Services and Brandon came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a smile and lots of knowledge about both of our units. We will definitely call them to do maintenance and any other issue we may have.
