Performed single system heating maintenance. Cleaned washable filter in the shower per customer request. She has not turned on her outdoor waterlines yet. Cleaned up surfaces of indoor air handler and inspected electrical connections and components. Cleared and treated condensate drain line. Inspected outdoor unit. Refrigerant level and defrost cycle system is operating quite well at this time. Second visit of maintenance plan today no charge.
Completed one ccm maintenance on one air handler heat pump, i checked thermostat operations i changed one 20x20x1 filter checked emergency heat strip amps checked blower amps, checked overall cleanliness of system and blower. Outside I checked capacitor mfd defrost operations fan motor amps and Freon in heating mode.

Performed heating maintenance on three systems. Replaced all filters. This time customer provided the 16 x 25 x 5 filters for the main level furnace. Cleared and treated condensate drain lines. And a PVC union to the upstairs air handler so that servicing will be easier. Inspected electrical connections and components. As well as operations of systems. At this time all systems are operating normally.
1 system CCM- Checked heating operations of 2020 Rheem heat pump and air handler. Replaced 20x20x1 filter, Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Checked refrigerant levels and auxiliary heat, Triggered safety switches and defrost mode, Checked delta T, and cleared drain line. System is operating properly at this time, pics uploaded
I completed a single system heating maintenance. The 16x20x5 media filter is still good and will need to be changed in spring. I checked the amp draw on the blower motor and heat strip. I checked the amp draw on the out door unit and checked charge. I tested defrost cycle and confirmed proper sequence of operation. The system is currently heating at manufacturers specifications.
Worked on the zone board to get the heat stripes to work along with the heat pump and to work on its own as well once Temps get too cold for the outdoor unit. Unit is up and running now, stayed a little while to see temp rise up.
Replace defrost board. Heat pump performing as it should.
Bad defrost board and sensor. Needs new defrost board. Defrost board under warranty. Labor is not. Customer knows labor cost is 278.
Air handler Bad fuse. Replaced fuse. short on outside unit. Low pressure switch wire up through.
