Chris did a good job and identified that the wiring was incorrect and rectified the problem.
Comfort Solutions installed and now maintains my AC unit and does an awesome job. I don’t have to worry about remembering to schedule as their Customer Service team is great about keeping me up to date on maintenance. Thanks everyone!
Technician performed one full system heating maintenance which includes indoor air handler. Technician checked all electrical components for amp draw, mfd, and all high and low voltage connections. Technician checked blower wheel and heat strips. All pressure and safety switches were checked and tested. Filter was changed and dated for home owner. Over all condition of air handler and heat pump is in manufacturing specifications and safety codes. Heat pump coils were cleaned and charge checked.
Comfort Club member renewal maintenance visit. Checked operations of system. Replaced filter, check capacitor output and amp draw, checked refrigerant levels and auxiliary heat. Test triggered safety switches and defrost mode, and cleared drain line. System is operating properly at this time.
2nd regular maintenance visit for a Comfort Club member with 2 HVAC systems. Checked heating operations of systems. Replaced filters, checked capacitor outputs and amp draws. Test triggered safety switches, cleaned flame sensors, cleaned burners, and cleared drain lines. Both systems are operating properly at this time. Also installed a t4 thermostat for main level system.
Installed 16 inch collar on supply plenum, duct work is functioning properly.
Run new dryer vent from laundry to exterior, will leave dryer vent exposed along the ceiling
Extended all the vinyl tubing drains to the flowerbeds so tart will no longer drain onto the pavers.

Technician checked blower wheel and exhaust fan. All pressure and safety switches were checked and tested. Filter was changed and dated for home owner. Technician removed and cleaned burner track and sanded ignition stick. Heat exchangers were surveyed and no cracks were found. Over all condition of furnace is in manufacturing specifications and safety codes. Replaced armor flex on entire line set inside.
Inspected furnace and found problematic gas line. Turned gas off and fixed gas line by installing a gas ball valve and sediment trap. Turned gas back on and tested system. Furnace system is operating properly at this time.
Second bi-annual maintenance visit for a Comfort Club Member. Checked heating operations of system. Replaced filter, checked capacitor output and amp draw. Test trigger safety switches, cleaned flame sensor, cleaned burners, and cleared drain line. System is operating properly at this time. Customer is also interested in full system replacement but wants to wait until the spring for a quote.
Bi-annual maintenance for Comfort Club Member with 2 systems. Checked operation of both systems. Replaced filters, check capacitor outputs and amp draw. Checked refrigerant levels and auxiliary heat. Test triggered safety switches, defrost modes, and cleared drain lines. Systems are operating properly at this time.
Inspected malfunctioning unit and found dampers were wired backwards. Repaired the wiring and tested.
Inspected a dual HVAC system. Checked operations both systems and found filters were dirty. Replaced filters. Checked a/c charges and had to add Freon to downstairs system as it was not charged properly. Both systems are currently operating properly at this time.
Installed drain for safety pan located in attic.
