John was really informative and helpful. He wasn’t in a rush but took his time and did a thorough inspection of our unit.
I truly enjoyed the service that Patrick provided. He fixed the issue and found a remedy to prevent any further issues.
Excellent service, personable tech, will use again, will recommend to friends.
Performed single system heat maintenance replaced 1 20x20x1 filter tested auxiliary and thermostat functions tested all electrical components and connections tested refrigerant charge all systems operating properly at this time
I performed a maintenance on a heat pump. I looked at all the low voltage and blower motor amperage, I checked the heat strips. I checked the charge and the compaster on the out door system and the defrost bored as well the system is running and operating like it should be at this time going to be paying monthly 14x14x1 and 14x20x1 for the filters
Server room mini split not cooling. Checked refrigerant to find it low. Found it slightly leaking at service fitting, tightened fitting and Added 1 lb of r410a refrigerant to system. System is now cooling properly.
I performed a four system maintenance on for package units on the roof. I checked all the low-voltage blower motor amperage the capacitor the belts on all four system, change the filters and clean the flame sensor. The systems are running and operating like they’re supposed to at this time.
Member no fee- Brittney not on site or answering my calls, workers in suite 160 don’t know what’s going on and don’t smell anything (systems are heating). If she calls back we could probably return for the maintenance anyway because they are due. 6-20x25x2 2 package units on roof Building does have roof access in another suite Place opens at 9am
Installation of non-fused disconnect Completed replacement of the outdoor unit service disconnect. I anchored the new disconnect to the stone siding and wired up the high voltage. I restored the power and tested the system. System is currently heating and the new disconnect is operating correctly.
Code displayed on thermostat missing 240 V at outdoor unit. Found voltage loss at older breaker style disconnect located underneath back porch. At this time so the unit can operate wiring has been jumped around disconnect. System is now operating normally and safe to operate. Estimate for installation of new high-voltage disconnect will be provided. If approved office will schedule return for installation of non-fused style disconnect. Due to mounting on Rockwall hammer drill is required as well as wall anchors.
Lockbox around back does open but there was no key in it. Office will reschedule visit when the keys are located and present.
Performed single system heating maintenance. Replaced the 16 x 25 x 1 filter. Cleaned flame sensor. Inspected the electrical connections and components. Tested heating cycle to verify that the control board relays are operating properly. Inspected heat exchangers with blower running. At this time, the furnace is heating normally.
No fee- Customer in #120 made me aware that we were here 11-20-23 and diagnosed a bad 3phase breaker for the #2 Lennox system. He stated that electricians never installed one and was confused on why I was here. Customer needs an electrician to replace the shorted breaker.
Unit number one. Recently replaced new trane rooftop package unit was not operating due to a faulty smoke detector. System is 3 ton package unit. An estimate will be provided for a replacement of the induct smoke detector. Unit number two to the left side from the front, older, Lennox rooftop package unit. This unit is not receiving proper voltage from breaker inside high-voltage panel. Breaker is a 30 amp three phase. On the roof, technician is only receiving one leg of power, indicating that there’s an issue inside the high voltage electrical panel. Technician tested the compressor and condenser fan on the roof along with other components, and would recommend having the high-voltage breaker repaired/replaced restoring power to the equipment.
Performed inspection on furnace inside attic, change to 14 x 20 x 1 filters, blew out drain line and checked all electrical components on furnace, performed inspection on outdoor unit, checked refrigerant and all electrical components, washed unit and unit as performing as it should at this time.
I performed a heat maintenance on a gas furnace I looked all the low voltage and took the amp draw off the blower motor I checked the compaster and cleaned the flame sensor off also changed the filter 16x25x1
Replaced igniter system came on and ignited and it’s running and working like I supposed to.
