I performed a heating maintenance on a single gas furnace Ac unit I replaced the 16x25x1 filter I checked all electrical components and checked the temp rise and checked the heat exchangers and checked the gas pressures and checked and cleaned the flame sensor everything is in good working order at this time.
I performed a one system maintenance on the main floor. I looked at all the low-voltage check the blower motor amperage I clean the flame sensor. I also change the filter 20 x 25 x 5 Homeowner provided the filter. The system is running and operating like it supposed to at this time.
I performed a one system heat maintenance on a gas furnace. I looked at all the low voltage checked the compaster and cleaned the flam sensor, the blower motor amperage and also changed the 16x25x1 filter. The system is running and operating like it should be at this time
I performed a three systems heating maintenance two in the basement and 1 in the attic. I looked at all the low voltage, took the blower motor amperage and cleaned the flame sensor on all three systems I also changed the 20x20x5 and 20x25x1 and the 16x25x1 filters. The system is running and operating like it should be at this time.
Performed 4 system heating maintenance. Checked filters for upstairs and main level, both 20x25x5 media filters still in good condition. Will need to replace on next visit. Basement system filter was recently replaced, left new one with customer. Blew out filters for mini-split system. Cleaned flame sensors for upstairs and main level system, checked operation and systems operating properly. Basement heat pump system clean and performing properly. Installed UV light for upstairs system and the bulb was bad. Will need to install new bulb with module. Customer has paid for UV light for upstairs system.
Performed inspection on one furnace inside attic, Change 16 x 25 x 1 filter and blew out drain line, checked blower motor amps. Performed inspection on outdoor condensing unit, checked refrigerant and all electrical components, washed outdoor unit off, system is operating as it should at this time
The light switch was off system is running and operating like it should be at this time
Changed the filters that where not replace during maintenance and completed the maintenance the system are running and operating like they should be
Performed dye search, could not locate any leaks and refrigerant charge is still good. Customer would like to get scheduled for her maintenance.
Performed 3 system maintenance replaced 1 16x25x1 filter checked electrical components and refrigerant charge all systems operating properly at this time. Searched for dye on main level system. No dye present at this time office will schedule return visit in next month to recheck
Main level system was frozen thawed system refrigerant was low added 5 pounds of refrigerant and added dye for leak check
Replace leaking indoor coil under manufacture parts warranty. Customer will have to pay for labor,filter dryer and refrigerant needed.
Warranty- David forgot to install disconnect before he left for maintenance. System is now working properly. Pics uploaded
Installation of Honeywell damper motor for basement zone. Installed zone damper for basement zone. Uv leak search showed leak at indoor coil. Indoor coil is still under parts warranty. I will include an estimate for labor,filter dryer and refrigerant.
