2 system CCM- Checked heating operations of upstairs 1993 Trane, and Main level 2019 Rheem furnaces. Replaced 2-16x25x1 filters, Checked capacitor outputs and amp drawls, Inspected heat exchangers, Checked delta T, triggered safety switches, Cleaned flame sensors, Brushed burners, and cleared drain line. Systems are operating properly at this time. Pics uploaded Customer would like to schedule to add a Pan safety switch(upstairs), replace weak 5mfd capacitor(upstairs), replace corroded flu pipe for the main level system, and add a carbon monoxide detector in home.

During today’s visit, performed inspection and maintenance on one basement furnace unit. Inspected ductwork and flue pipe for leaks. Inspected overall cleanliness of the blower and burner compartments. Customer has already changed the 16 x 25 x 5 filter. The customer will be supplying their own filters. Inspected flame sensor, igniter, pressure switches, and burners. Inspected blower and inducer amperage. Performed ignition sequence on the furnace and inspected flames. Inspected temperature heat rise, which is in the ideal range. The system is performing normally at this time. The customer has opted to sign up for the comfort club membership and will be paying monthly. Photo attached.

Warranty- Upon arrival found 3 damper faults on thermostat, I inspected system and reset power. System is heating and throwing no codes at this time. Checked a/c unit to make sure that it wasn’t damaged or had loss of refrigerant. System is still full of refrigerant and has no damage to the unit. It had only caught the a/c pad and slightly moved it.

I performed a maintenance on one system in the attic I cleaned out the industrial motor port where the tub for the pressure switch and the system came on and started to run check the blower motor amperage and the compaster, cleaned the flame sensor and changed the filter 16x25x1 I also did the same for the system in the basement beside changing the filter. The systems are running and operating like they should be at this time.

Warranty, Customer has part, and labor warranty Codes displayed by upstairs master thermostat. All codes are zone damper faults. Technician found bypass damper physically restricted/Not able to close fully. Flex duct liner and insulation is getting caught on external damper stops. Material is getting pinched, preventing damper from closing all the way. Removed all material and cleared area of movement to prevent future issues. Photos of all codes uploaded.
