Performed maintenance on package heat pump.
Found dual capacitor failed and a welded contactor. Replaced both items and unit is now running properly. Found condensate line missed, destroying roof. Need to be repaired. Repaired the drain line the next day. No further issues at this time. Thank you for choosing Cool Touch!
Performed maintenance on split heat pump. Found drain line very clogged up, found secondary panel loaded with water, found weak capacitor in indoor and outdoor coil. Found very dirty coils, found water inside the cabinet of the indoor blower. Washed outdoor coil. Found blower motor over amping, replaced capacitor in indoor motor because it was really low. Rated 15 MFD, testing 7.5 MFD. Customer is getting home warranty in the next couple of days. Customer used $50.00 coupon on service agreement. Customer still has 2 visits left and also a plumbing inspection which is included. Thank you for choosing Cool Touch!
