Found unit with faulty capacitor 55/5. Replaced capacitor and run tested unit. Performed maintenance on both unit per USA agreement included with repair. Found north unit with slight low charge and west unit is compressor making louder than normal sound. Checked both furnace and cleaned out. Homeowner want to waiting on replacement on units.
