The serviceman arrived to flush my hot water tank but advised me that due to the age (11 years) he wouldn’t advise it because it could cause problems I wasn’t already experiencing. It had never previously been flushed. I appreciated his honesty.

Aaron did a great job. He had the knowledge and the drive to identify the problems causing the furnace drain problem and took steps to improve them. He provided excellent communication along the way. He said the pump should not have been placed on a cold concrete floor and the drain pipe should not have been extended to the bottom floor of the pump. The float trigger in the pump also sticks at times. He shortened the pipes.

Upon inspection, it was determined that the heat exchanger in the furnace needed replacement, as it was under warranty. I proceeded to replace the heat exchanger and the main limit. The furnace was disassembled carefully to access the components, and the old heat exchanger was removed. The new heat exchanger was installed, followed by the main limit. After reassembling the furnace, I tested the heating system to ensure it was functioning correctly. The heating system is now operational, and payment was collected upon completion of the work.
We recently completed a service for a customer who was awaiting funds until February 13th. During this period, we maintained regular communication with the customer to ensure they were informed about the status of their order. Once the funds were available, we promptly proceeded with the installation. The customer, Mrs., took charge of ordering the necessary equipment and contacted us as soon as it arrived for installation. Our team was ready to efficiently handle the setup, ensuring that all components were installed correctly and the system was fully operational. Throughout the process, we prioritized clear communication and timely updates to guarantee a smooth experience for the customer.
Today, we were called to address an issue in the basement. While waterproofing contractors were working, they discovered a collapsed drain line. This line connects only to the kitchen faucet and the washing machine drain. Upon inspection, I noticed a section of galvanized pipe beneath the floor. Running the water revealed movement, confirming the leak's location. To fully expose the line, we had to jackhammer slightly more. The client was informed about the possibility of further collapse further down the line. Our focus was on ensuring the line was properly exposed and assessed for any additional damage.
I scheduled the customer's yearly plumbing maintenance.

Service technician called out to service a gas furnace in Heath OH
Upon arrival, I conducted a thorough inspection of the hot water tank to identify the source of the leak. The leak was traced to a corroded connection at the tank's drain valve. I carefully drained the tank to ensure safety and prevent further water loss. Next, I replaced the corroded drain valve with a new one, ensuring all connections were secure and leak-proof. I also inspected the tank's anode rod, replacing it if necessary to prevent future corrosion. After reassembling the tank, I refilled it with water and tested for leaks. The tank was then restored to full operation, and I provided the homeowner with maintenance tips to prolong the tank's lifespan.
During the recent service, we identified that two 30 amp electric heaters were operating on 20 amp breakers, which is unsafe. Additionally, lights were connected to these breakers as well. To rectify this, we installed two new 35 amp breakers, ensuring the system can safely handle the heaters' load. Although Melisha is uncertain about proceeding with the repair now, we are working with the electrical supplier to obtain pricing for the necessary breakers. Aiden is assisting in this process.
Recently, I addressed an issue with the furnace's pressure switches. Upon inspection, it was determined that the switches needed replacement. I sourced the necessary parts and efficiently installed them, ensuring the furnace operates correctly. This work was completed under the existing warranty, covering both parts and labor. The furnace is now functioning properly, and the homeowner can rest assured that the issue has been resolved.
I successfully completed a furnace repair by replacing the control board and gas valve. Both parts were under warranty, ensuring no additional cost to the customer. Upon inspection, I identified the faulty components and ordered the replacements. After installation, I thoroughly tested the furnace to confirm it was functioning correctly. The customer was informed of the successful repair and payment was collected as per the agreement. The furnace is now operating efficiently and reliably.
Today, I conducted a thorough plumbing inspection for the client. I examined both full baths, one upstairs and one in the basement. The toilets in both bathrooms functioned perfectly, with no wobbling and no visible leaks at the base or supply lines. The lavatory faucets were also inspected, operating smoothly with no issues and providing adequate hot water. There were no signs of water underneath the cabinetry. Additionally, the showers in both bathrooms turned on and off effortlessly, with no dripping from the shower heads post-inspection. Although I did not flush the water heater, I did inform the client that it is a 20-year-old Sepco 115-gallon electric model installed in 2006.
