Caleb was supposed to come between 12-4 so he could service my Hot Water and look at a water leak at my shower head to give me an estimate. Well he showed up at 10 am. I was not home but luckily someone was and could let him in . He proceeded to service the water heater but apparently was not aware of the shower head and neither was the person at my house. So now they want me to pay a service call for him to return on Friday. I am beyond aggravated.
Response from Dor-Mar Heating & Air Conditioning:
Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to reach out letting us know you were unhappy with your service. I do apologize for Calob arriving a hour earlier than expected. He did call ahead explaining he realized your appointment was between 12-4 but was able to arrive earlier. He was trying to be proactive but should have made positive contact with you. I am sorry for any issues this may have caused. After Calob serviced your Hot water tank, he did inspect 2 Showerheads in your home. He could not find the leak you had mentioned while booking the appointment. So he had requested a free follow up appointment to be scheduled since you were not home. Again, I am sorry todays appointment did not succeed your expectations. You are a valued customer and we want to make this right so please reach out to us again at your convenience so we can help solve your Showerhead spraying. ************ Calob B***** requested another appointment for this job. This marked Appointment # 152635447-1 as done. Reason: Shower head sales lead -plumber Says her shower head sprays all around on the walls, she wasn’t home but I ran both showers and couldn’t figure out which one she was talking about, I uploaded photos of both heads so when you call her and figure out which one it is we can get it replaced 2/24/2026 11:08 AM

DorMar/Trevon were very professional & efficient. In efforts to save me money, they had me troubleshoot a few items & when that didn’t work I was able to send them the model# so that they had the parts needed on 1st visit. Very pleased!

Took the time to look things over and cleaned parts that fixed the problem. Even sent us an estimate if cleaning it wasn’t enough to let us know what needed to be done.

Today, we successfully installed a new flange and toilet. The installation process began with the precise fitting of the flange, ensuring a secure base for the toilet. Following this, we carefully positioned and connected the toilet, paying attention to every detail. Multiple tests were conducted to confirm the installation's integrity, and a thorough walk-through was completed with the client. No leaks or drips were observed, indicating a successful job. Photos and video are available for review.
Upon inspection, the unit was not operational. I checked the system and discovered a lack of 24 volts reaching the W wire. By temporarily bypassing the unit, I identified multiple issues during the heating cycle. The furnace module repeatedly clicked the igniter, and the gas valve opened and closed continuously. Removing power from the W wire caused the inducer motor to run indefinitely until I tapped the relay. I found a 5-amp fuse wrapped in aluminum tape, which was completely melted. Burn marks on the connections confirmed a short circuit. I recommended a replacement due to likely compromised parts and the unit's age. I emailed the customer replacement estimates and turned off the power at the breaker.
Upon arrival, I inspected a complaint of low hot water pressure. I removed the hot and cold nipples at the top of the water heater to check for blockages. Significant corrosion buildup was found on both sides, obstructing the flow. I meticulously cleaned out all corrosion and debris, ensuring the pipes were free of any restrictions. After reinstalling the piping, I tested the system thoroughly. The customer verified the performance and confirmed that the water pressure was the best it had been since they moved in.

Service technician called out to perform duct cleaning in a home in Glenford OH
This project involved replacing the domestic water feed line that runs underground into the foundation. We meticulously tied into the existing meter and reconfigured the plumbing inside the home to ensure seamless integration. The entire process was completed within a single day. We took care of all necessary permits and property-related documentation associated with this project. Our team was responsible for the direct scope of work, ensuring that the yard was left in a rough-graded condition. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and thank you for choosing our company.
Upon arrival, I discovered that the sump pump sight glass had fallen into the pump pit, obstructing the float operation. I carefully removed and cleaned the sight glass, ensuring it was free of debris before reinstalling it to restore normal pump function. Additionally, I identified that the exterior discharge line had separated due to ground settling. I installed a new section of pipe and secured it with flexible rubber couplings to accommodate any future ground movement. After completing the repairs, I tested the system to confirm everything was operating properly. During the visit, I also sold the customer a maintenance membership, which they used to apply one hour of their included free labor toward today’s service.

I successfully installed a new 2.5-ton, 14.3 SEER outdoor unit, secured with anchor screws to withstand hurricane conditions. This was complemented by the addition of new Armaflex insulation and a whip for optimal performance. A new disconnect was installed as needed. Inside, a new 3-ton, two-stage air handler was set up, along with a 5 KW heat pack. A service membership was arranged, which includes cleaning the drains and condenser three times a year. A UV kill light was installed to prevent mold in the system and ductwork. Additionally, a new WiFi-enabled thermostat was installed, allowing the customer to monitor the home remotely. Two water damage pucks were also installed to alert the customer of any leaks while they are away. The system comes with a 10-year warranty on all parts. The installation is now complete.
