I was highly impressed either way Steve’s work. New install yesterday, but furnace shut off that same evening . Steve came today to check out the issue, and after some problem solving, he figured out it was a ground wire issue. He got it all fixed up and furnace is running again!

Derrick came out late on a very cold night in 2026 in January. He identified the problem quickly and as promised, DOR MAR sent someone (him) back the next day. We recently completed a comprehensive installation and maintenance task involving a humidifier system and furnace exhaust. I returned to replace the blower motor and thermal fuse for the air handler as requested. Both parts were covered under warranty. After replacing the faulty components, I conducted a thorough inspection to ensure everything was functioning correctly. The heat strips and blower were tested and confirmed to be operational. No additional issues were identified during this service. The system is now performing as expected.
