Cody fixed a problem with a “run” to a vent in our kitchen. It is in a tough spot however it should’ve been done better from the beginning. He fixed it the right way. Plus! It’s really windy today and our trash cans blew into the road. He picked them up and put them next to the building. Who does that! Great employee and a great human being. Thank you Cody!!

Customer stated unit wasn’t heating right. Checked system and everything seems to be operating correctly. Checked circuit board for any fault codes and found none. Let customer know where to look for a fault code if problem happens again. As of now furnace is up and running

Customer had leaking water coming from furnace. Found condensation pump full of water and overflowing. Replaced condensation pump. Tested new pump to make sure hose wasn’t clogged. After replacing pump everything operates as should.
