I was highly impressed either way Steve’s work. New install yesterday, but furnace shut off that same evening . Steve came today to check out the issue, and after some problem solving, he figured out it was a ground wire issue. He got it all fixed up and furnace is running again!

To address this, I temporarily elevated the pump using a 5-gallon bucket, ensuring it was off the ground and reducing the risk of freezing.
