Caleb was supposed to come between 12-4 so he could service my Hot Water and look at a water leak at my shower head to give me an estimate. Well he showed up at 10 am. I was not home but luckily someone was and could let him in . He proceeded to service the water heater but apparently was not aware of the shower head and neither was the person at my house. So now they want me to pay a service call for him to return on Friday. I am beyond aggravated.

He could not find the leak you had mentioned while booking the appointment. So he had requested a free follow up appointment to be scheduled since you were not home.
