Wes was friendly and helpful. My AC unit was not repairable due to apparent lightning. That being said, he helped me with the process of securing financing needed to purchase a new unit. He also scheduled the appointment for installation.

Client said unit would blow air, but not cold air, verified indoor airflow is fine, stepped outside verify the capacitor is bad, then after plugging in unit still no turning on, found that capacitor was also bad,. Unit would trip breaker the second power was supplied, isolated, compressor, isolated condensing fan motor plugged unit in and unit ran fine after flipping different breaker, suspected overloaded panel. Client was cooling at time of service

During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance. Recommend replacing capacitor but customer politely declined
