Customer couldn’t set thermostat to heat. Found problem to be in thermostats settings. Fixed thermostat settings and system is running correctly
* client had us out for a tankless estimate. * Client is getting multiple quotes today, when we were here eco showed up. * We quoted a tankless client stated they will give us a call if they go with us. * The water heater is from 2007. * Client say that they don't have any hot water and haven't had hot water since last night. * Gas line is csst. * It immediately from the outside meter comes in at 1 in to 1/2
Unit not heating. System was tripped out on main limit fault. Found problem to be blower motor not running. Checked voltage had 120 going to blower. Had 5 amps going to blower on low voltage. Put in parts order form for new blower motor and circuit board. Customer also has no spot for filter on unit. Says old system had a spot but after we installed new furnace there isn’t one.

Upon arrival, the system was running and it was 74 in the home. Client stated that he removed the old air filter and that the system had been running since. Went up in the attic and observed the systems operation and measured heat rise and checked various other components system was checking out performance wise and thermostat was set to 75
We have successfully snaked the main drain from the tub and cleared the clog. However, we were unable to conduct thorough testing due to the absence of water within the home. The existing water supply is located in a pump house, which is currently frozen. Please note that drain cleaning services are not guaranteed under these circumstances.

Furnace maintenance has been successfully completed. We have verified the operational performance of the system, ensuring that all components function as intended. The carbon buildup on the flame sensor was thoroughly cleaned to enhance efficiency. Additionally, we assessed the amp draw of both the blower and inducer motor to confirm they are operating within acceptable parameters
This estimate is to install new toilet supplied by us. The this toilet will be ada height and elongated. If the flange will need repair , that will be an additional cost. Anything beyond this scope of work will be a change order.
Showed up to find system operational, spoke with client about what was going on. Client stated that when it’s super cold outside, the heat pump outside will blow out cool air, inspected air filter and found an air filter to be extremely dirty. Heat pumps traditionally do not keep up well in extremely cold weather, which is why they have emergency heat, recommended client to keep emergency heat on while it was super cold outside, and when it begins to warm back up to turn the system back onto regular heat. Tried to call multiple different people to get someone out there to replace the air filter, no one answered any of the phone calls, system needs an air filter put in it and I did not carry one on my truck for that size.
