Unit not cooling. Contactor won’t close. Found problem to be bad defrost board on heat pump. Sent over estimate for new air handler and heat pump. Put in parts order form for new defrost board
Arrive, check temp drop and we had a 20° temp drop, found that blower motor was on a low speed put it to the high speed, went to top floor and 58° coming out of supply vent
High pressure switch is stuck open. Bypassed switch for temporary cooling. Put in parts request for repair est.
Customer would like 12-4 install on 6-17-25 sold a new unit and collected 5000 of install
Arrived, found that unit had no power going into it opened up disconnect box and found fuses were bad, replace fuses and turned on unit, unit started shorting out, checked compressor and found compressor bad
Capacitor was bad changed out part system is working the best it can everything is undersize. I’m going to get with Garrett in the morning about it.
Unit not cooling. Found bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor and hooked up gauges. Found unit to be a little low on pressure. Added 1lb of 410a to system.
Unit had a communication error. Reset unit system up and running
Ac breaker & burnt wires need replaced, pics attached. POF for new breaker. Did not charge said someone at Dormar would allow payments?
